I am a home and property finding service for people looking to buy or rent in Altrincham, Hale and Timperley, and surrounding areas, who don’t have the time to trawl all the properties the market has to offer.

By getting to know you and your family, I will ensure you are only having to view houses that could potentially be your dream home, whether you’re moving within the area or looking to relocate from somewhere else.

I am a married mum of two living in Timperley village, with our school age children and our whippet, called Olive.
We have lived in the area for over 10 years now, in 4 different properties, so I am used to navigating the local property and rental market.

I have always been interested in property and I would spend much of my spare time trawling Rightmove, but having settled into my family home 2 years ago, I suddenly had no reason to look at Rightmove yet still found myself doing so. This started the idea to find amazing homes for people with busy lives who don’t have time to explore the whole property market so may be missing out on their perfect home.

My time is based on an initial search of multiple properties.

There is no limit to the amount of properties that I will research and physically view for you over over an agreed period of time.

We will sit down over a coffee, either in person or online, so I can find out as much about you and your family, and everything you are looking for in a family home. Then you can sit back, whilst I go and find your perfect home!

Once we have agreed on what you want from your new home and which locations work for your family, I begin the search. I video and commentate on relevant properties for your search and give personalised feedback on the house we shortlist.

The contemporary market town of Altrincham is 8 miles from Manchester City centre and has a lot to offer day or night.

Altrincham has a mainline train station and tram stop. The tram travels through Timperley, Sale and on in to central Manchester.

The beautiful villages of Hale, Timperley, Bowden, Hale Barns and Dunham Massey are all within 2 miles of Altrincham Town Centre.

Each location has its own special qualities, and all are in easy reach of the bustling city of Manchester, or the lush green Cheshire countryside.

Altrincham

Twice named Best Place to live in the North West by the Sunday Times, Altrincham enjoys specialist shops, excellent restaurants and convenient transport links. The modern transport interchange makes the town accessible by tram, train, bus or bike, whilst the nearest motorway is less than 4 miles away.

Hale

Its close proximity to Altrincham centre, bustling high street with many great bars and restaurants and a tram and train station, Hale is one of the premier residential areas in the north west region. From cute terraced streets to large, gated homes, Hale has a home for everyone.

Timperley

With an excellent secondary school nestled in it’s centre, Timperley is a prime spot to ensure you are in catchment for excellent primary, secondary and local grammar schools. Coupled with green fields, a tram stop and mini high street, Timperley has everything to offer.
